A belated Happy Holidays from our team! Before 2025 ends, we would like to look back on strides our team has made and highlight them for our audience. After all, plenty of it will be news to you! So allow us to share the results of our team’s hard work throughout this past year.
Website and Widget
Starting with the service itself as many of you know it, ChangeHero’s main website has received yet another major facelift in 2025. The new design and look are not purely cosmetic: they were made to improve navigation, performance and user experience overall.
The change was not even confined to the service’s front-end: under the hood, we made the website and the widgets quicker to load and respond. You may not have noticed but it is about 30% faster on average. Neat, isn’t it?
One of the news that we would like to bring up again is introducing a new fiat-to-crypto provider for buying BTC: Swapney. Although this offering is for Bangladeshi users only, this is just a taste of what’s to come, since we plan to add another major provider in early 2026. Stay tuned!
Another major change in accessibility to the Web platform are new languages: Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, and Italian. Although it was relatively recent, we are already looking forward to continue offering our service to more users from these countries.
These improvements lead to the traffic increasing more than twofold in comparison to 2024. Direct traffic remained the major source but about 20% of redirected traffic came from Google, which is a result of further improvements in traffic and search optimization. We even were recommended by Chat GPT to a few thousands of users! Most frequent users come from Ukraine, Brazil, and Israel; but the majority of visitors are from the United States and Germany. Thank you for the acknowledgement!
Business Development
Our partnerships are another vital source of success, and the teams responsible for this direction worked just as hard.
The list of supported assets at the end of this year grew by 95 points, with 11 new blockchains and 65 tokens added. This brings us to over 600 coins and tokens across 40 blockchain networks total. Some of these were not quite routine: Monad’s Day-1 launch was a challenge for the team that they successfully surmounted and proved that we can do it again!
ChangeHero’s API for instant swaps was integrated in 30 more products in 2025. Some of them are new to the market or have not even launched yet but others were already established—like OneKey. Nevertheless, partners of any size and standing receive attention and care from our team.
ChangeHero team’s offline presence was not new in 2025 but we continued to visit major blockchain conferences worldwide: Token2049 events in Singapore and Dubai, Korean Blockchain Week, Belgrade Blockchain Week, and Consensus 2025 in Hong Kong. As was the case last year, this helped connect with existing and new partners and affiliates.
Team Growth
A key component that makes ChangeHero work are our Support Heroes. As of the end of 2025, they upped their team count to better handle the ever-rising stream of tickets and emails. At the same time, the quality of work did not suffer from the increasing load but improved thanks to the team's optimization.
Support is not the only team that grew in numbers: in fact, the total number of people working on the ChangeHero project increased by 35%.
And it was not only the people working on ChangeHero; our community across different social networks doubled this year. Thank you to all users and followers for making that happen!
Plans for 2026
At the very beginning of the new year, most of the team will be taking a well-deserved holiday break but not for too long! We are already wrapping up preparations for updates and new releases, for one, a major update to the fiat-crypto-fiat calculator widget. Briefly mentioned before, it will see a new provider added and significantly improve its performance, making purchases smoother.
Some partnerships and integrations are still in active development, so we hope to see a few exciting announcements in early 2026. The holidays are also the reason some new team members chose to start next year, and we intend to give them a very warm welcome.
In other words, we do not intend to rest on our laurels and instead, will aim for more come 2026. The development, business and marketing teams are actively cooking despite the holiday season but we won’t spoil any surprises just yet; watch this space!
